Sadly at this time we cannot obtain FREE SMS services and therefore
need to pass on these charges to you. We utilise our worldwide
texting network in order to keep the cost to a minimum. The cost of
which can be seen in our current price list. Your account needs to
be in credit for this service to be activated. Reminders on low
credit balances are automatically sent and you can pay by many
different methods.
How quickly is the message sent ?
When a fault has been identified and the multi-point scans have
been completed, the SMS is then sent immediately. This SMS
message will be re-sent every hour as long as the fault exists.
You can turn off the service by simply logging on to your
account and disabling the alert for that URL. (Remembering to
enable it again when the problem has been rectified.)
