Alerts ...Email
When an alert occurs, if selected, an email will be generated to the email address specified in the contact details. This email is sent when the URL fault is first detected, and resent every hour thereafter until the fault is corrected. This email can be halted by simply turning off the Alert Enable option on the failing URL.
